Terms and Conditions:
1) VLCC Physical and Digital (Electronic or Mobile) Gift Cards once purchased cannot be returned or exchange for cash.
2) Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
3) The VLCC Gift Card can be redeemed at all VLCC stores across India
4) This Gift Card cannot be used for purchasing Gift Cards.
5) This Gift Card is one-time loaded and single time use card.
6) This Gift Card is not redeemable for cash, cannot be re-sold and cannot be reloaded.
7) The Gift Card will be valid from one year from the date of activation and post that any unused balance will be forfeited.
8) If a purchase exceeds the available Gift Card balance, you must make up the difference with another payment method.
9) You are liable for all transactions on this Gift Card except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence on our part or on the part of our employees.
10) For Gift Card balance enquiry or assistance, please call our Help Desk on 1860 500 3748 (10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. You can even write us at giftcards@zaggle.in
11) VLCC management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the usage of the Gift Card without giving any prior notice and its decision would be final and binding on the customers.
12) VLCC management reserves the right to change the price of the Products without any notice.
13) Government tax is applicable on all VLCC products.
14) In case of VLCC Gift Card being lost / stolen / damaged, customers can block the Gift Card by calling at Zaggle Help Desk on 1860 500 3748 (10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays and the new Gift Card will be issued after deducting Rs. 50/- from the Gift Card balance. 15) The Gift Card is governed by the Terms and Conditions of VLCC management.
16) VLCC will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards
